Of all the tools in my bag, I love my Flir 1 Infra red camera. I am able to start my inspections with a fast view of the house looking for leaking hot air from windows gaps or roofs. As i move inside i can see all the cold spots in your walls from improper insulation or previous renovations. By far, as i will show in my pictures the view of the electrical panel showing over worked breakers is not only great for the homeowner to see but also could save a house fire.
